David E. Hedman is the president and founder of Precision Environmental, Inc.  David began his work while a student at Stanford University by starting his company while completing a student project.  As a student at Stanford, David's academic work centered on economics and industrial engineering.  David was awarded the Kemper Scholarship for both academic and leadership excellence.  He served on the Finance and Administrative Committee of the Stanford Board of Trustees for two years.  David has completed numerous Federal and State certifications for environmental work.
