Precision Environmental was founded at Stanford University in 1982, with the purpose of providing quality environmental contracting services to clients with asbestos contamination problems. As one of the first environmental companies in the State of California, Precision facilitated efforts with government agencies and media to educate the public regarding asbestos hazards. Precision Environmental uses a heat process to kill bed bugs, termites and wood destroying insects without harming the environment. Heat can kill termites, adult bed bugs and the eggs they leave behind in a single 8hr treatment.
Dry Buildings with Heat
The heat process allows for rapid structural drying. Wet weather, high humidity, or other conditions resulting in vapor intrusion and condensation on structures can cause dangerous and expensive damage. Heat will eliminate moisture, and kill pathogens left in sewage spills or floodwater.
Mold remediation with Heat
The heat process is a new technology that utilizes clean, dry, odorless heat to create an environment that is conducive to rapid structural drying and is lethal to many of the biological organisms that oftentimes accompany a wet building.
