Established in 1890 and opened in 1893.

Project Scope and Commitment to Safety & Compliance

Precision Environmental will deliver the full scope of work using its integrated Demolition and Recycling approach. Services include:

• Site preparation and secure mobilization in a restricted forensic psychiatric hospital environment
• Safe structural removal and demolition of the 14 structures
• Sorting, recycling, and diversion of materials to minimize landfill waste

The project is classified as public works, requiring full compliance with prevailing wage laws (Labor Code 1771), DIR registration, and all applicable Cal/OSHA, EPA, and state regulations. No subcontractors are permitted—Precision’s experienced in-house teams will perform all work.
