This strategic contract award reinforces Precision Environmental’s position as a trusted leader in integrated asbestos abatement, hazardous materials removal, and structural demolition services across California. The project involves the safe planning, abatement, removal and disposal of more than 35 tons (approximately 70,000 pounds) of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) from a CalOptima Health facility.

Project Scope and Commitment to Safety

‍Following Precision Environmental’s proven “abatement first, demolition next” approach, the team will deliver comprehensive services under IFB 26-033. This includes detailed pre-demolition, regulated asbestos abatement, containment, air monitoring, proper transportation, and certified disposal — all in full compliance with Cal/OSHA Title 8 §1529, South Coast AQMD Rule 1403, and other applicable 2026 regulations.
