A content list for insurance claims, simply stated, is a household inventory list that documents all your valuable possessions. This list can be used if you need to file a insurance claim that has damaged or destroyed personal belongings. Also referred to as a household inventory list, it dictates the item’s name, a brief description, the date it was purchased, an estimated value with a receipt (if you have it). A proper contents inventory list will help you resolve disputes that may arise from things like the item’s actual value at the time of a claim. It also allows you to value all your items before you get insurance. This lets you know how much personal property coverage you need to add to your home insurance policy.
Whether you choose replacement cost coverage or actual cash value coverage, you will have a coverage limit and a deductible. A limit is the maximum amount your policy will pay toward a covered claim. A deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket before your insurer will help pay toward a covered claim. You may be able to choose your coverage limit based on the value of your belongings — for example, $60,000 of contents coverage. You may also be able to choose your deductible amount when you purchase coverage — $600 for example. This means if your belongings were destroyed in a fire, your insurer would pay up to $60,000 minus your $600 deductible.

Area needs to be cleared of any potential disturbance that may spread the airborne spores of the mold to other areas. A contamination of the area will be set up to ensure that the mold is not spread to other parts of the house, cross-contaminating them with the airborne spores. Then the mold is killed with an anti0microbial and removed utilizing a heap-vacuum to minimalize the chance of stray spores staying on the item. Once the mold is properly removed and the contents have been treated with anti-microbial, the contents are able to be removed from the property and brought to our cleaning facility for further cleaning and processing. The longer the mold grows on an item, the more is affects the items, eventually causing irreparable damage. As the mold grows, it grows in a 360 degree range, this means the mold grows across the contents, away from the contents, and into the material of the contents.
