This multi-year contract further strengthens Precision Environmental’s position as a trusted partner for public health and environmental remediation projects across California. This contract enables comprehensive lead hazard reduction services, including lead abatement and targeted demolition activities, to help create safer, healthier homes for Ventura County residents—particularly where lead-based paint hazards are common.

Project Scope and Commitment to Safety & Compliance

Under the contract, Precision Environmental will deliver specialized Lead Abatement and Demolition. Work will be performed county-wide in support of the Healthy Homes program’s mission to reduce lead hazards in residential properties through professional assessment, abatement, and related demolition where necessary.

Key elements include:

• Lead abatement and hazard remediation in residential and related settings.
• Safe structural and selective demolition services.
• Full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Cal/OSHA, EPA, and County requirements.
• Use of experienced in-house teams to ensure safety, quality, and minimal disruption to communities.
