Project Overview

The project involves the demolition and abatement of eight (8) structures at the Public Works Yard site (14835 and 14821 Chandler Street), including dwellings, sheds, garages, and associated outbuildings. All work will be performed in strict accordance with the City’s plans, specifications, Hazardous Building Materials Survey, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Project Scope and Commitment to Excellence

Precision Environmental will self-perform the project using its experienced in-house abatement and demolition crews. Key project elements include:

• Abatement and demolition of eight structures (including two dwellings and multiple sheds/storage buildings)
• Management of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-containing surfaces identified in the hazardous materials survey
• Safe removal, transportation, and disposal of all debris and hazardous materials
• Site clearing, cleanup, and restoration to a clean and stable condition
• Full compliance with prevailing wage requirements, DIR registration, Cal/OSHA, and environmental regulations
• Minimal disruption to the surrounding Eastvale community
